We Build You to Last In Japan
From zero Japanese to job-ready in 12 months. Language, technical certification, workplace culture, and a signed offer — one program, one campus, one team behind you the whole way.
We build ready people
Every year, thousands of qualified, hardworking people lose their shot at working in Japan — not because they lack skill, but because no one prepared them for the interview, the language test, the culture, or the fine print of the contract.
Anzen Oorai Institute exists to close that gap. We are not a placement agency with a classroom attached. We are a training institution — accredited, structured, measured — that happens to end in a job offer, because that's what real readiness produces.
Four disciplines
One outcome

01 · Nihongo Intensive
JLPT N4–N3 and JFT-Basic preparation built around workplace Japanese, not textbook Japanese. Small cohorts (max 12), native-speaking instructors, and 400+ hours of immersive practice before you ever speak to an employer.
02 · Technical Certification
Sector-specific skills training aligned to Japan's Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) exams — caregiving, food & beverage manufacturing, construction, machine operation, and building cleaning. Hands-on labs, not lectures.

03 · Workplace Readiness
The part no one teaches: hōrensō reporting culture, genba discipline, safety protocol, seniority etiquette, and how to read a room in a Japanese workplace. Delivered through simulation, not slides.
04 · Placement & Legal Support
Matching with vetted employers, contract review in plain Indonesian, visa and COE documentation, pre-departure logistics, and a dedicated case officer from your first interview through your first paycheck in Japan.
